I wanted a rug for my dining room in my new apartment. I wanted something more interesting than a solid color, and without the install of a wall-to-wall carpet. There appears to be huge jump in price when you get above 9- or 10-feet. After searching and searching, these patterned rugs were the only ones I could find below $300. This has much more red and beige in the color, and is pretty thick. I've already gotten compliments. I expect this to last for many years.
