The rubber seal at the bottom of the tank is too ridged or stiff, resulting in leaking . It does not form a proper seal between the tank and toilet. They need to make the rubber seal with the sponge rubber gasket like other manufacturers does, which works perfectly.So if you are going to buy this, you will have to spend a next $16 for a sponge rubber seal for it not to leak after installation. Both rubber seal should be replaced and it will only work then. If not it will leak.
