Universal repair kit
It worked as I needed. It was as you can see, adjustable for any size drain.
Very easy to install.
This "Universal Pop-Up Drain Repair Kit" was the perfect solution when replacing the rusted-out ball rod under my bathroom sink. The kit comes with three popular sizes of pivot balls and enough Teflon tape to seal the ball to the threaded rod.
Know that this last about 5 years
Does it work? Yes. But realize the short chrome rod that extends into the drain will rust entirely away and need replacement in 5-7 years. If you’re good with that…you’ll have no complaints.
It Leaks!!
Regardless of which ball I used or where I put the washer it leaked out of the insertion hole.
