Very solid

After 16 years the old hose of our kitchen faucet leaked. I bought a $30 replacement because we needed a timely delivery and the original Grohe hose took 8 business days to arrive. The original feels much more solid and gives me the confidence that this one will be good for the next 16 years. If a more timely delivery would have been available it would have been perfect.

Purchasing the necessary replacement parts for my kitchen faucet was simple and your customer service was excellent. Was not able to purchase the faucet head online so called Grohe and spoke with a gentleman who was gracious and helped me with that item and shipped it with the hose I had already ordered online. He was professional and very helpful. Installation was simple as well.

Wow! Excellent Replacement Spray Hose

This is an excellent replacement spray hose for my Grohe kitchen faucet. The length was identical to what I was replacing and well made. Can't go wrong with this OEM hose. The price point was very favorable as well

Buyer beware--this is not a universal piece and doesn't fit my faucet like it claimed. It was a waste of money

Perfectly what was needed in length and size'

So far it is similar in length and wide. It fixed perfectly. Just minor adjustments to the original head sprayer by the plumber that replaced it.

OEM vs aftermarket hose.

Bought this as a replacement for an after market hose that looked great, but is going downhill after 4 months! The chrome hose cover is failing. No leaks in the plastic tubing, but given the quality of the cover - whats next? The original factory hose lasted 15 years. Factory hose was significantly more than an aftermarket in cost, but it ended up cheaper in the end.

I like this product. It's good and delivery early than earlier.
