Decent once installed correctly

The instructions say to tighten with hands only - no wrench - but if you don’t use a wrench water comes out at the connection point. The ball socket which allows the head to pivot was very loose. Due to these two facts I called customer service at delta and was told to return it. However, after removing the shower head to prepare for the return, we figured out that the ball socket can be tightened up. And we were able to tighten it so water doesn’t leak out the back. Not sure why their CS rep had no insight to share with me.

Looks and works Great!

Replaced a cheaper shower head that was less than a yr. old but started leaking where it shouldn't. With the design of this one it won't happen. Like the design of it better!

Great and perfect size for our shower

Got this for my daughters shower as she wanted something that didn’t spray too hard. She really likes it. Even with the extension it still doesn’t come out quite far enough. Would be great if you were using it for overhead.
