Grohe Universal Metalflex Hose
The hose within our 16 year old Grohe Ladylux started leaking. PlumbingOnline was one of the only places offering a replacement, and had the best price. All our previous dealing with PlumbingOnline [for bathroom reno and for kitchen reno] went well. Likewise, this small order was fulfilled quickly. Hubby installed it the day it arrived. Replacement kitchen faucet hose
Replacement hose worked, aftermarket replacement was cheap, but immediately failed. Thought Grohe had lifetime warranty but not so. I have replaced the hose twice…
Time Waster
HD is getting lazy and this is how you lose business. A number of items ordered do not arrive as they should. This wastes our time having to contact HD return and/or reorder. Losing confidence in HD.
Utube is necessary for install.
We were surprised our original hose gave out, but happy there was a replacement available. We needed utube to figure out how to install and the video we watched luckily explained how to remove the restrictor from the sprayer. I am soooo happy to have water pressure!
Easy Repair
I purchased this hose as a replacement for my 2008 Ladylux faucet. The hose arrived as advertised and on time. It took less then 5 min. to make the repair and works perfect.

New life for old faucet
Just before Christmas, we discovered our Grohe kitchen faucet was leaking under the sink. Further investigation led us to discover the pull out hose was the problem. The new hose arrived promptly, was easy to install and saved the (holi)day!

Super-easy to install, once I figured out which direction it needed to go. Some have made comments that this hose didn't fit, that they had to file it down--no such problem here...perfect fit! [...]
A little knowlege helps
Helps to know how to remove the neck from the faucet for installation of the hose. Grohe instructions don't address that. Pull up on neck and it will come off the base. As easy as that, but it is not obvious.
