I have purchased a total of 5 of these rain barrels. The are heavy duty and I like the way the connections are located. The top has a good mess to keep trash from going in the rain barrel!

Look's used, filthy

this barrel came in filthy and huge gashes cut into the plastic. this is a gift that looks used. company needs to reevaluate their quality control. it looks secondhand or a return.

rain barrel came as advertised, it was scratched on the bottom, had a slight smell of some food item, but not bad. the fact is it stays out side and the smell should be gone by spring. it works and does what it was bought for. we are very happy with it.

Not New but Used rain barrel

This rain barrel came used and scratched all on the side on bottom. You expect things to be new when you buy them. Very disappointed.

It's just what I wanted. Can't wait to set it up tomorrow.

Very very disappointed!! The item has been used and abused!! I cannot believe that Walmart would be part of this company that sent this to me, it gives me pause in any further purchases I may make through Walmart.

Pre-Used barrels people

Very satisfied, bought 4 at $53.50 each and they filled quick so bought 4 more at $55.95 each and was going to grab 4 more but the price increased to $65.00 and that is a shame for recycled barrels. Did no one read the description that stated "Since our rain barrels are made from Pre-Used barrels of High Density Polyethylene Plastic" means they are not new, just sayin'. They hold water and do not leak.

Full Barrel

It?s a nice clean barrel. A little scuffed on bottom, but not much. Remember, the barrel previously had use for holding food product. My barrel is actually 220 Lt which I think is a little more than 55 gal. Is nice to use in my Mediterranean style garden ... the plants like the sweet rainwater, and the barrel fills easily when there is only moderate rainfall. Definitely recommend. See picture.

This is a good buy. Was $65 and free shipping. Took a bit to recieve it, but it is well worth the money. We had a mild rain the first night after in installed it under a gutter downspout. The container was full to the top the next morning. It has a convenient tap at the bottom, and another opening to drain out. Also a connection near the top for an overflow hose. I am going to get another one and put on the other corner.

ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED W/IT'S ARRIVING CONDITION

Arrived with terrible looking road rash looking surface scratches and gouges all over the bottom edge that will definitely show when it's put on an elevated platform like the instructions indicate it needs to be most functional. Had I of seen this rain barrel in person I would have never bought due to the damage. There is also some type oily residue on it and some kinda of liquid in it that spilled onto my kitchen floor when we took it out of the box. I'm ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED!!! And for the price of a New Item the Damage is a Big Deal!!! And IT'S ONLY ALLOWING ME TO ADD 2 PICTURES AND IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO SHOW ALL THE DAMAGE WITH THE LIMITATIONS. If this item didn't have the damage I'd have been Happy with my purchase!!!!!!!

A Positive Experience!

These are so amazing that I went back to order a couple more! The problem was that they were out, and the price was increased when they were to come back in! I still bit the bullet and ordered them anyway because the price still couldn't be beat. Made well, very sturdy, and has all of the hardware already in place. They had set outside and were dirty, but it's a rain barrel to catch rain for the garden, so not a problem! We did have to become innovative to cover the top so mosquitoes couldn't lay eggs in the water on top of the screen.
