I just used my new "cute" little pan and I was delighted. I used my standard white bread recipe, approximately 1300 grams of dough. I used 500 grams in the Cocktail Loaf Pan and 800 grams in my small Pullman. The Cocktail Loaf took about 30 minutes and the Pullman 40. This is another homerun for USA Pan and me. Absolutely the best baking pans ever. I now have 16 USA Pan pans and love each and every one.

Perfect cor tea breads, loaf cakes

love narrow long loaf pa s. So fa used this for cakes and meatloaves. All comes out of pan effortlessly. Also use this as mold for refrigerator dessert mold. Come a good sale I will buy another. Quality is great.

Great pan for tea sandwiches!

I recently purchased USA Pan’s cocktail loaf pan with the intent of using it for tea sandwiches. It did not disappoint! The bread came out perfectly! The bread baked very evenly in this pan. The pan is solidly constructed and washes up well.

Halved a pull apart monkey bread recipe and used this pan. Turned out great.

Perfect for canapé bread loaves

These pans are perfectly shaped for canapé loaves. I used my favorite (6-cups flour) bread recipe to make two loaves. Each (3-cup flour loaf) rose about an inch above the rim to make lovely mini loaves. I like to use parchment slings for bread, and I did with these. The ends of the loaves (without parchment) released with no issues.
