This is the "real deal!"

The construction of this 8 well mini-pan is made of steel coated in aluminum, with a silicone coating. I needed something heavy enough to make a crust on small portions of corn bread. The heavy construction of this pan delivers a great solution. When the cornbread was done, I was able to turn out the entire pan without a bit of sticking.

8 Loaf pan - PERFECT!

I just ordered one for my sister after having mine for a couple of years - this pan is so useful. During the holidays I bake individual coffee cakes, great for stockings - and kids love having their own "loaf" - I also bake my breakfast bars every week in this pan - The pan is still like the day I bought it...durable, well made. I have made mini loaves of so many recipes - LOVE IT. (and I am sure my sister will too :)

USA Pan Stripped Mini Loaf Pan

Birthday gift for my husband. He made date nut bread for Christmas gifts. He used a small amount of grape seed oil in the pan and the loaves cooked perfectly and came out of the individual pans easily. I will purchase again for gifts.
