made in USA, so it does not disappoint. welded, not flat pack. sturdy, classic.it's really the best, even at the value-line level. we use one in our home office/computer room. have 2 in garage that are 15 years old or older, they're durable, reliable. money well spent, for a change.

It was very well made and a lot bigger then I planned but the shelves are very roomy and sturdy

The latch was not long enough to close cabinet and latch. We had to go to some store to get a replacement. Quality control??

Good ... But

Cabinet fit my needs but came with some dents on back and side. Still usable, and was placing in my garage, so Staples gave me a discount. Note that the box was not damaged. Also note there are no instructions to place latch on handle. The latch should fit under the shelf in closed door position. I will probably get another one.

Storage Cabinet

I purchased the cabinet to help organize my husbands home office. It is a REALLY nice cabinet. I only gave it 4 stars because it could really use one more shelf. It is sturdy, yet light enough to easily move around. I may buy another.

Locking mechanism is not sturdy

The lock that comes with the cabinet is not very sturdy and keeps falling off. The storage unit itself appears to be well made. I would just suggest a stronger locking mechanism.

Good cabinet. Good sevice

This is a nice rugged cabinet. When we received our first one it was missing part of the lock and latch assembly. I wasn't too worried about keeping it locked but it is the only thing that keeps the doors securely closed. I called Staples and they had it swapped out the next day. We are very happy with it.

Now after buying five of these cabinets my garage is starting to have some semblance of order and cleanliness. Now I will start on the other side of the garage to rid of the clutter.

sturdy office cabinet at a decent price

Sturdy cabinet for our office supply needs. We put heavier items such as reams of paper on the bottom row. Tall enough to maximize wall space without waste.

Great Purchase Exactly what was needed

SO much easier then something you have to put together. Arrived next business day in perfect condition 95% assembled all I had to do is put on hand lock and that could not have been easier. Seems flimsy when it arrives but once you put some things in it, it becomes very solid. Good locking for standard things. I would buy this again.

The top panel and the top of the doors are a little dented all the way across most likely from shipping. Other then that, it superbly fit our needs for locking up our office supplies. Installing the handle was also easy but I did need a Phillips screwdriver to put it together.

The handle ruins it

The handle and latch system is really poorly designed and will not stay put. Makes the doors always pop open if on a slight angle. Unable to Iock because of this.

Locking Cabinet

It's a good cabinet. I needed a locking cabinet for my office.

Does the job

I like the cabinet, but a door hinge broke off within a few minutes of setting it up.(spot weld) I just fixed it rather than going through the hassle of returning it. Impressed, though, that Staples got this to me in 2 business days, even called to arrange a delivery time.

Valuable storage

I needed storage for my music books and supplies in my studio and this cabinet does an excellent job.
