Buyer beware - lack of quality control, poor customer service and terrible policies

This rug has two finished sides, and two ends that are UNFINISHED and FRAYING. It is literally falling apart at both ends. We notified Rugs Direct, sent photos and requested a refund. Rugs Direct's godawful response is: "What you are seeing you say the rug is not finished is what we call “Each end is capped with a short casual fringe"... If you decide not to keep it, you are responsible for return shipping charges."

Horrible company and Terrible customer service! Informed Rugs Direct before the rug arrived that I would be returning it. Was told I had to take delivery or be charged over $200 if returned via the delivery company. Then never sent any return instructions once delivered. I was unable to return via the Internet as the order would not allow (I was able to return the smaller rug but not the larger size). so I had to email. No response for weeks and then a run around after I posted a negative post on the order. Kinda hard to say I did not inform them of the return needed, when I informed them BEFORE it ever arrived!!!! This company is horrible!
