It's but a scratch...with a fingernail!!!!
Spent weeks making a 12 built in wall of cabinets with a bowling alley top. Sanded to bare wood, Stained it followed instructions with 3 coats, proper dry times etc. Everything is installed and now I can scratch this with a light fingernail!! Called tech support and I'm out of luck. Only fix is uninstalling and stripping and using another product. Never again with this brand.

A great, easy to apply finish. Water cleanup makes it so easy to apply.
Perfect product for a nightstand refinishing project. I used on some chipped enamel nightstands in combination with ultra cover glossy paint. This polyurethane added the perfect glossy sheen I was after %26 only 2 coats! Though I got the smallest container, I only used half. I did get the poly-specific paint brush to apply.

Varathane is My Number One Choice Polyurethane!
Great coverage! Goes on easily and dries quickly so you can get several goats on in one day. I sell furniture that I restore, paints and refinish, I have used a lot of different brands but Varathane tops them all. Clean up was effortless and finished product looks perfect. I wanted to put a protective finish on my tables because they are used outdoors in my gazebo and in AZ the sun just kills and dry rots everything! This was just the right look so as to not distract from the furniture. I used a semi gloss. Would recommend to my friends and colleagues.

Very easy clean up and low odor. I used the satin finish varnish on an old card table that was decorated using acrylic paints. The varnish has a beautiful finish and so far is holding up very well against every day use.
