The best customer service I could expected
Lumens offer the best service I could expected. I ordered LED Chandelier for new office. When the package came, I didn't open to check immediately. after one month, when electrician opened the package, he found crack on the body of Chandelier. It's already passed the period time to request replacement, The customer service team worked hard and eventually let company send another one for free. the Chandelier is in high quality and received lots of compliment . Many thanks for your great help.

This is a beautiful chandelier we ordered for the entry way at our new office. It is beautiful. Puts out a lot of light and even when we go upstairs and look down on it - it an attractive piece that creates a conversation. I enjoy looking at this light and the three rings.

It hangs over our new tub in our newly remodeled bathroom and moves a 1987 house to 2019. It glows softly but gives tons of light. When I turn it off, its light slowly diminishes until it's gone.
