Pick up was a nightmare, sort of.

I wasn't notified that my sink was ready for pick up on the day I was supposed to pick it up, but I saw by the tracking that it had arrived. I was told, when I went to pick it up anyway, that there was a second box that hadn't made it off the FedEx truck. We assumed it was the installation hardware. So I took the sink home and waited for them to call or email me. They did not, so I called the store. The first call lasted 16 minutes. I talked to one person, was put on hold, and another person picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I called back. A pleasant person told me there was only one box. not two. I was waiting for zero boxes. So, not really a nightmare but now I can't trust anyone. What a world what a world.

love the sink - not sure what the two white paste marks are on either side of the bottom of the overflow

I recently had two of Kohler sinks installed in my master bathroom. The sinks look great and the overflows work great. My only issues is that when I inspected the two installed sinks I noticed that the bottom of one of the sinks had some sort of white material wiped on either side of the overflow tube (see picture). Not sure if that is how they ship from the factory or why that was done.
