Very happy with my heat press. It definitely gets the job done. When I get my weight up I’ll be getting a much more larger one. Although my 1x15 is working fine.

The heat press stopped turning on after just 30 days, there is no phone number to call this company and they want pictures and videos of the equipment then it takes 24-48 hours to get back with me and I have orders to complete this is so inconvenient for me.

Not what was shown!

What I got is not what's shown the picture! This machine is hard to program for the timing part. There is no start button, just set, F %26 C. I have tried to follow the instructions to set the timer but it's not working AND the manual that came with it doesn't even match the machine. I had to go to their website and pull up the manual but it's still not clear on how to set timer. The item details also said that this machine has a slide rail base and it doesn't! So far it not giving even pressure to do printing. I will keep trying to make it work but I'm not keep losing inventory using this machine!

Worth the money

Great product. Have done a few shirts so far and it’s doing exactly what I needed. A little confusing on how to set the temperature. Easy to set up. Need a bit of room so it will swing around completely.

It came in damaged, I wasn't even able to use it and had to fight for nearly 3 weeks for a refund that I still haven't seen.

Not very good

Product took a long time to heat up, not very good build quality and didn’t have enough pressure to press.

The swivel design creates a problem with the stability of the press machine. I would recommend the clamshell design.

Overall it seems to be a good machine. My biggest complaint is that when you swing the top plate out of the way it will tip over. The base needs to be bigger or make the bottom tray pull out for doing T-shirts. I sat 2 bricks on the front corners to keep it from tipping backwards when placing or removing the shirts. I have not tried the hat adapter yet due to not having a hat available. It heated up pretty quick. The timer did not buzz when the time was up so not sure what the problem is there yet. I have only done one shirt so far but it did what it said it would do for the most part. I will give it another day or two just to see if I can get the buzzer to work and get a hat to make sure that piece works.

Absolutely love this heat press! Will never use another brand word so great easy to set up and a breeze to use! Makes my shirts perfect

Item is great for starter business or hobby, only issue is the strews on the handles n swivel gets loose even after tightening them
