An excellent hotpot for convenient access to drinking water! Simply fill it with filtered tap water, and you'll have clean water available anytime, 24/7. DO NOT Drink HOT Water from your home boiler and instead filter water and pour in this dispenser!

I like it and the convenience of having on demand hot water especially during the colder months. 5L has a pretty large footprint so check out the dimensions before purchasing.

Very happy with my purchase. I could’ve gone with the smaller one but I’m happy with this one. It keeps the water at a certain temp for instant hot water. Only way to shut it off is by unplugging it. I wish it had an on off feature. Also to fill you have to carry the entire unit to the sink or fill from a pitcher. Overall happy with it.

Pump part doesn't work without holding it down

Works decently well, would be nice of there were more temperature settings as well as a rolling boil option. If the manual pump on the lid is pressed it can become stuck down or open, mine gets stuck 100% of the time currently. While it is stuck if you heat the water it will pour out of the spout until either the unit is empty or the steam pressure pushes the manual pump back up/closed, not safe if you aren't expecting it. So for me the manual pump is not usable and must stay locked. It maintains the water temperature quite well over time.

We like it primarily because of the four temperatures. The near boiling is definitely hotter than our previous one. The only reason did not give it 5 stars is that it turns itself off. I assume there is a faulty sensor thinking it is empty. So far it has happened twice in the two month we owned it.

Overall it is a very efficient and nice product. The reason I give 4 stars is the manual pump is very hard to push water no mater the electrical power is on or off. The automatic push is good. Otherwise it meets my expectations. I have used it for five days.

Heats up water fast and keeps it hot. Works great. Makes my job easier when we are in a hurry to make an order.

holds temperature but does not have lighted water reservoir. Cannot see water level. returned unit and bought Costway.

A little heavier than expected but nicely serves our needs.

Several temperature options is nice, though we use only one. I appreciate that the only dispenser control is on the control panel. Having a pressure switch on the front can result in inadvertent actuation.

This hot water dispenser is a very good product. It is easy to use and price is very reasonable. It is exactly what I need. Thank you!

This Vevor Electric Kettle was a replacement for an old electric kettle I had that still worked, but was hopelessly stained with hard water deposits. The new Vevor model is a great step up, since it's all stainless steel. It also fits just a little better on my kitchen counter top, and all the controls are easy to read and use. I've kept the nice little instruction booklet, just in case I forget something. But, so far, no problems at all! If you've never used an electric kettle, you'll love having hot water always available for tea, coffee, ramen, etc.

Fabulous product

This product is amazing. I love brewing loose leaf teas and it makes life so much simpler. I just add my leaves to the cup, dispense the water and in no time have hot tea to enjoy!

One thing I disappoint is the temperature is low
