I bought this gold Faucet from Home Depot.It’s really elegant and good quality,but after installing it find out the water pressure is not as good .The hoes also not long enough.

Buyer Beware!

Bought this for our newly remodeled kitchen and unfortunately it was a flop. The faucet is beautiful but poorly designed. Water splashed everywhere and you have to keep holding down the button for the spray function, which makes it really inconvenient. At this price point. we expected better. Then, about a week after it was installed, the cold water stopped working. We had to call our contractor thinking it might be an issue with installation. The cold water then started working again out of nowhere. Then about two days later, it stopped working again. We had our contractor come out, he took it apart and said that we may have gotten a faulty faucet. Took it back to Home Depot and found that Kohler had a new line of faucets that looks almost exactly like this one, it was the Coti style. Had the new faucet installed and it’s leaps and bounds better then the Sundae style. The stream is strong but doesn’t spray everywhere and the spray function stays on without having to hold it down.

The faucet looks very stylish. I like the operation of the faucet. I really like that the sprayer function goes off automatically when you stop using it. On my old faucet you had to turn the sprayer off and this led to some mishaps.

Works great easy to installed and good instructions for installation.

Terribly Messy Spout

The straight pour on this faucet is awful! The cone spews out on both sides from the main stream, is messy and splatters everywhere! After installing the first one we thought maybe it was just a one off issue but then the 2nd one we bought had the same problem so we realized it was the faucet. For the $300 price tag and from Kholer I expected much better. Look for something else!

Believe the bad reviews

Out of the box, the water sprays wildly instead of a normal stream. It’s pitiful that Kohler advises customers to clean the brand new product I just bought. The instructions also shows an unnecessary part that was not in the box. It was confusing. The product is very stylish and looks amazing. But it deserves to immediately go back to the store. Instead, I’ll try to make it work, probably call customer service, etc - against my better judgment.
