Missing Parts

Bought 2 of these faucets and 1 did not have washers, nuts, or mounting hardware and was not able to be installed.

Really heavy and substantial. Cant wait to see it installed on my new vanity top.

I was sent an open box item with missing parts

I paid full price for a new item but was sent an open box item that was missing parts. This was only discovered when the plumber went to install it. The best Kohler could do is offer to ship the missing parts with 2-day shipping despite the fact that the plumber will be offsite then and I'll need to have him return. We are rushing to get into our house before the end of the month and these delays are an added stress. They should not be selling open box items as new.

This faucet is STUNNING! I love how it looks in my bathroom - it's elegant and very sturdy. We get compliments on it all the time.

CHEAP Plastic spout and expensive

This entire Studio McGee collection uses plastic for the main components and is low quality (Especially for the price). I would have kept everything if the quality was there, but I know my cleaning ladies are going to ruin the finish off this plastic almost instantly. The Kohler SETRA collection is very similar and under $200 per faucet. The Setra shower kit comes with a valve and is $193 and same quality as the Studio Mcgee collection which is almost $800 after buying the valve.

Excellent product. The instructions were easy to follow and everything worked the first time. Like the style and finish. The faucets work very smoothly.

I received this product in exchange for an honest review. My husband and I are renovating our century home, and the bathroom is on the agenda! We’re planning to put the faucet in most likely this upcoming weekend. Handling the pieces, they feel heavy duty and have a sleek brushed gold finish-absolutely stunning and classy! It’s a warm brushed gold rather than super shiny, which I think makes it look classier and timeless. We’ve installed other Kohler things in the past, and they all have gone smoothly thanks to clear directions and straightforward installation. I’d say my husband and I are intermediate-level when it comes to home renovation, but I’d still find Kohler a great product for all levels due to the clear directions.

We recently renovated our bathroom and this faucet looks so good with our new sink. The installation process was easy. The instructions were simple to follow. It looks super sleek in our bathroom.
