Poor Quality Control from Kholer

I ordered a total of 4 of these mirrors. The first two I had to return due to scratches on the glass face. They leave an inch on each side without the plastic film protector and they get damaged at some point during manufacturing on the edges. I bought two more and one was defect free and the other had one small scrape on the edge so I decided to live with it and hang it. All else considered they are good mirrors and easy to install with the paper locating sheet.

Great Design Poorly Executed

We bought two of these mirrors for our bathroom redesign because we loved the style. Unfortunately, both mirrors arrived scratched. When the replacements came, they had the exact same scratches in the same places. Apparently there must be an issue with either production or shipping. It has been five months since we ordered the first pair and we are still waiting on Kohler to figure it out. We hate to complain or nitpick, but we paid $700 ($350 per mirror) through an authorized local dealer and for that kind of money a new product shouldn't arrive in used condition. We outfitted the entire bathroom in $6,000 of Kohler products because we had faith in their quality, and all the other items from faucets to toilets are great, but these mirrors are really a disappointment.

What a beauty! Industrial yet chic with brushed gold hardware. It was easy to install with a helpful stencil. I absolutely love the fact that it actually swivels back and forth to get your entire reflection if needed. I used mine on the wall as you leave the bathroom!

A Timeless Piece

If your house’s vibe is modern contemporary, this is your mirror. With its clean lines, the style fits well in a multitude of tastes. However, this mirror is NOT for a small bathroom! It is geared towards a much larger bathroom with lots of wall space. Easy installation but a quicker process with more than one person working on it.
