Very easy to install

Got this to replace the one I had that started to leak. It arrived quickly and the directions were easy to follow. Works great.

The finish matches all other parts to the shower.

This is a good looking device to connect the hand held to the water line.

Outstanding quality!

As with all Kohler products, this shower hose is no exception…..top quality! I had to replace one of the Kohler handheld shower hoses after 20 years! All my bathrooms (3) are outfitted with Kohler. Kohler products last for many years, but like anything else, they don’t last forever. You definitely get your money’s worth with many years of use.

twisted and won't straighten out

the hand shower hose came in a very small box and was not coiled smothly. It has failed to straighten out after having run hot water through it, suspending a weight on it over night and as a final resort trying to warm it with a heat gun. It also doen't have a swivel base on either end. We have a similar kohler hose that is just fine, they've changed something but this one look awful. I'm returning it and hoping another one might be better but I'm not expecting it.

Love the metal shower hose

Flexible, falls nice against the wall. Much better than the plastic/rubbery one it came with.

Inferior replacement parts:

The replacement hose comparison to the original hose is light weight, flimsy, lacked a debris screen, and finish did not match original hose finish. The hose does function but we are disappointed with the quality and appearance.

KOHLER STANDS BY ITS PRODUCTS

I bought the 60" master Shower hose as part of a complete bathroom remodel 7 years ago. Just a few days before Christmas, the lining of the hose completely tore apart and the hose separated from the hand-held shower head. When I tried to return/replace it at the point of purchase (Ferguson, San Diego), the salesman laughed in my face. "What did you expect?", he snorted. However, when I called Kohler, Amy in Customer Service sincerely apologized for the product fail and immediately sent out a new hose free of charge, honoring the product's lifetime warranty.
