Replaced with a Moen faucet. Received faucet with a broken plastic collar seal that sprayed water when turned on after installation causing a mess. The water hose length was also too long, hanging up on the drain line during retraction and not allowing the sprayer to fully retract. Not the same quality control we have experienced with Kohler in the past. Switching to Moen after reviewing with plumber.

The Spray nozzle is unique. It sprays in a fan shape; not the typical circular shape. Actually like it better. Easier to target rinsing under rim of undermount sink. Also like the water saving feature within the option for additional water pressure.

Great Kitchen Faucet

I love my Bellera kitchen faucet. It is simply stunning. After my initial Kohler failed lasting more than 15 years. I went with this amazing lookin faucet from Kohler. Easy to use and so sleek with a couple of different spray settings. I would highly recommend this faucet.

We had the plummer at our residence installing this faucet. It was shipped directly to us and we did not open the box prior to the plumber coming. After 30 minutes or so they realized that the faucet was missing a part! We had to take it back, get a different faucet that we did not want and pay extra to the plumber!! Having a part missing cost of time and money! We were very upset. Very disappointed!

Breaking pieces

We purchased this faucet a few years back and had it professionally installed. We went with this faucet because the brand had a good reputation. Unfortunately since owning it we have had to replace the hose section and now it is currently leaking around the base. I'm currently trying to figure out the issue and hopefully can track down parts.

Bellera K-560-2BZ pulldown kitchen faucet

My plumber told me to avoid purchasing ANY plumbing products from big box stores or online retailers because those products, although they look the same, are made specifically for those retailers, with often times inferior materials, so they can be sold at a cheaper price. So, I headed his advice and ordered from what he said was the largest retailer of plumbing parts in the US. I ordered my kitchen faucet and had him install it. In less than 4 days, my wife noticed the nylon/plastic braiding that encases the faucet hose, was already torn and unraveling. I would have expected this from a big box store faucet, but not from the supposedly largest supplier of quality, name brand products in the US. Now the braiding has come undone to the point that it's bunching up in the goose neck of the faucet, rendering that aspect of the faucet useless. So now what, pay the plumber to come out, remove the faucet, pay to return it, so you can replace it with another plastic braided hose? Why wasn't the hose braided in Stainless Steel to begin with? Beyond disappointed.

Got leaks - twice!

First the spray hose needed replacing. Six months later, it's leaking by the handle, something on the cold water feed. When it wasn't leaking, you could never adjust the water temp with slight moves of the faucet handle; it would get way too hot and the cold water would not come back through until I pushed the handle all the way to the cold side (then I could adjust the temp). Most beautiful and worthless faucet on the market.

2 main problems

1st I must say I love Kohler. I replaced an older Kohler faucet with this one. But the handle of this one hits the backsplash. It goes back too far and not sure if there is a way to adjust it. But the main problem is that one of the spray buttons just doesn't work at all. After paying to install I will have to have it uninstalled... then return it and find another faucet. Then pay for reinstall. First time one of their faucets has failed me.

I really love this Kohler fixture. In the last three months I’ve had two other fixtures installed both of which dribbled from the nozzle and also were very hard to get to retract into the dock smoothly. The first one was Kohler Mistos pull-out and the second one was Grohe Concetto pull-down. Both were so hard to get back in the dock. The Kohler Bellera is very smooth and easy to place back in the dock. I also like that the water will default to the last use—spray or stream. Since I use spray a lot it’s nice that I don’t have to reset it to spray. The only slight adjustment is that the spray comes out in a fan shape rather than a circular shape which I prefer. Otherwise, it’s very attractive and easy to use.

Sleek look with possible design flaws.

The Bellera K-560-CP pull down faucet will cause many consumers needless repair cost, unless this product is recalled. I purchased this faucet, after spending weeks of research, but not enough. This was my second faucet of this style and given the Kohler brand, expected this to be a quality product to last many years. It was less than 6 months ago, in July, when my new faucet was installed. I think it was 3 or 4 months before I noticed we were getting low hot water flow. Then one day, we had a total lost of pressure- when the lever was in the hot water position. We checked under the cabinet and noticed the metal connection between the hose and end would be extremely hot to touch. I also felt a little water drip at the washer end at the hose which allows the swivel. Becoming increasingly frustated with the lack of hot water and concerned with the water leakage; I had no choice but to hire the professional installer to come out again. Based on his analysis the water supply and flow is as it should be and it has to a faulty faucet. I didn't know what to do then, but now its the middle winter and I'm rinsing dishes in cold water with arthritic hands. My situation requires immediate action. I decided to search a consumer blog for answers and solutions. But instead, product reviews revealed that these are common complaints. I've had nothing but problems, inconvenience, and expense since installing this faucet 6 months ago. I'm NOT going to make the same mistake twice. I will not pay a plumber to repair or replace this Bellera kitchen faucet. I'm not sure if I can put my trust in another Kohler product.

Purchased this faucet to replace an earlier model Bellera that was 5 or 6 years old and developed a leak in the sprayer hose. There are some design differences in thus model. The old faucet had a water "pause" button, which has been replaced with a water "surge" button. Same button, completely different function. The 30% increase in water pressure with the surge button is not noticable. The weight needed to retract the hose also seems lighter. It doesn't have the same "zip" when the hose retracts. Old model did not allow for sprayer hose to be replaced, so had to replace entire faucet. This appears to be corrected with this model. Overall still love the look of this faucet.

I just finished installing my new faucet yesterday. I love it! No problems so far. Installation was pretty easy for a 67 yr old. Recommendations for Kohler explain how to make the features work as part of the installation! Nothing explains how to turn the faucet onoff, the “memory” temperature, or the different buttons on the Sprayhead. You may think the onoff is easy to figure out but if you’ve only seen dials or a lever used for this purpose would you know that the onoff is via turning the lever to the right downward since it sits on a round ball-type joint That’s how you get the same temperature. The lever adjusts cold to hot only by moving it forward or backwards. If you don’t adjust it forward or backward while you’re moving the lever to the off position (to the left) then the temperature will be the same the next time you turn it on. And if you think I’m the only person in the world that didn’t know how to work the onoff feature, I was on hold with Kohler for about 10 minutes until they explained how to turn the water onoff. (My directions are for a right side installation of the lever. If you need the lever on the left side, use opposite onoff directions.)

First off, this faucet looks great, seems to be solidly made (with one exception) and installed crazy easy compare to old school versions. The mounting bracket clamps to the underside of the sink / counter top and then uses two Phillips screws to tighten - no need to those goofy spanner wrenches that never work to try to tighten the recessed nut. The nozzle switches between a regular aerated stream and a spray pattern w/ a rocker switch on the back of the faucet head. The pull out hose works great and the spray pattern and flow are fine. The swivel action of the head is solid and everything feels high quality.

I love this faucet, I'd give it 5 stars if a couple things were different. That said I have been using a similar design faucet for over a decade but about a year ago the bar to engage the sprayer got stuck/rusted in the sprayer mode. I guess they have a certain lifetime and 10 years might be OK, but this Kohler was much more expensive so it better last 20 years. So I have been using a half functional faucet for the last year and you don't realize the happiness such simple things can bring, such as a faucet head that just works. The one I am replacing is more like the Kohler Sous, which is highly recommended, but I wanted the buttons that hold the sprayer on and gives the full flow power. First, the angled nozzles to produce a powerful flat sweeping spray pattern is EXCELLENT. I've only had it installed a month so hoping these nozzles hold up. This is the best feature of the faucet, but it also looks really nice. Second, and this compliments #1, the bypass button to allow higher flow, is AWESOME for sweeping things off plates or mud off dog frisbees, etc...and also AWESOME for filling pots and dog water bowl reservoirs. Third, the buttons allow you to keep it in the wide spray pattern without holding it in, and thats very helpful when also scrubbing on things, etc...its just nice. Four, this faucet looks very nice and no normal pull out hose issues. The tall spring bends easily to bring it down into a deep sink, and the magnetic holder for the faucet head is perfect, it holds the head at a good distance to allow it to pour into pots and wash hands with less bending and such. Five, install was a breeze and very solid. Previously had a shaky faucet with a little rod and horseshoe shaped nut that I had to re tighten difficultly on an annual basis. This has a full threaded cylinder the supply lines go through, so it cinches down solid all around, and there are set screws to prevent it from loosening. Also, we turned it so the valve was facing about 60 degrees forward so our hands don't drip all over counter when shutting it off or turning on, etc... this worked will with our installation with the large deep full counter depth tub on the left and the smaller shallower sink tub on the right. So the valve just covers where the two tubs are separated. A couple not very important cons, I first received an open box item from Home Essentials Direct as "new", missing a small piece, so I returned and bought from Kohler direct. I thought the faucet had a grey hose inside the spring to the head, so would blend with the stainless color, but its black, so it sticks out. The buttons are also black plastic, and while I love how they work, I don't love the black plastic look. at least the hose and buttons match I guess. Lastly, and this is just my preference, but I would have preferred a larger base connection to the counter. I have a single hole mount and no room to install the 3-hole cover base. The diameter of the base is adequate to cover the hole, but for stability of this tall thing, I would have preferred it a bit wider or another base adapter at the base that is like half an inch wider all around to also help conceal any issues around the hole cut in the granite. It seems very solid right now, but I really cranked that nut under the sink, crushing the plywood in to make sure it was tight.

Update after 4 years: For our third problem, the spray hose had a serious leak

Kohler gave us a replacement head, which helped for a little while, but we ended up having the same 2 problems after several more months.

We renovated our kitchen in December 2015 and the contractor installed this faucet in our kitchen sink. A week ago we noticed something was wrong with the faucet. When we open the faucet, it would hesitate for a few seconds and then water would come out. First, we did not make anything of it and thought it had to do with the water pressure. Then, we noticed water started coming out from under the sink into the kitchen. When we checked things out, it was the faucet hose that was leaking. Upon further inspection of the faucet, I discovered the hose had actually had leaks in a couple of places. I called the company and they told me it would take 10 days to send me a replacement part. In the mean time the leaks just got worse and last night there were multiple leaks all over the hose - the hose had actually disintegrated. Finally, I had to call a plumber who came in and fixed it and charged me $150. We have had kitchen faucets before by Delta or Moen and they have never failed like this. For a faucet that is $200 this is just a peace of junk. Don't buy it.

UPDATE - after 4 days, this faucet broke! It just fell apart. The brass column that runs through the counter broke away from the faucet body and it fell over. Kohler didn’t have any in stock, so got another from Wayfair. However, this one didn’t have the installation package (washer, nut, zip tie). Kohler said they didn’t have any in stock. Luckily I could reuse the same items from the broken faucet and had another zip tie. What a disappointing experience.

I like the appearance of this faucet and the functionality of the pull down sprayer which has nice water pressure to help clean the sink out, etc. however after a few years the hose started leaking on the sprayer and now I have to replace the entire faucet. I would expect better from Kohler. Hoping they will replace it for free but not sure if they will or not.
