Very bad product I order a few of them. None of them works.

The quick connect assembly works great, however, I experienced a great deal of frustration trying to get the fittings to snap onto the fixture.

Missing a hose

I bought the delta portwood faucet. (35770lf) It did not come with the connection hose. (RP93980) I am disappointed and can't find the hose to finish the job in my bathroom. How can you sell a product that didn't even come with everything it was suppose to come with? Now I will have to take everything apart return it and go with a different brand all around.

Picture is inaccurate. Mid-line connector is reflected as brass/metal. Actual connector is principally plastic. My concern is that the plastic will not be as durable and resilient as bras/metal.

Didn't fit. Leaked. You should stock at least one of every one the manufacturers you carry have ever made. Converted to rubber hose and clamps.I shouldn't have had to wait weeks to get what was never going to work.

Can't get it to snap on :(

Old connector plastic was brittle and broke. Center mixer connection goes on ok, but the two waterlines don't click home. I've put plenty of pressure on it but it's not seating properly. Now I'm stuck without water to the bathroom sink. Don't know if there's an alternative connector -- preferably metal :)
