Like the cookware, but don't appreciate the lack of prompt customer service!
As of today 8/3/23 I have still not received the $2,569.93 credit to my credit card for an order placed back on 7/10/23 that had to be cancelled due to an entry error. I was instructed by a customer service rep to place another order which I did and received the product on 7/14/23. I finally have contacted my credit card and they are disputing this charge that has not been credited. Like the product, but am very unhappy with the lack of prompt customer service on a charge of this large amount.
