Superb quality! I couldn't be happier! The color is a neutral white milk color. Beautiful shiny porcelain. We have been using this set everyday for three years now and putting it in the dishwasher everyday and it is still as beautiful as day 1. No signs of wear. I am thoroughly impressed. I have since added the other pieces of the collection: cereal bowls, sugar and cream pitcher, mugs, saucers, serving bowl. LOVE VILLEROY & BOCH. They're the best by far! Made in Germany and it shows.

Amazing set, light weight and beautiful
These dishes are more creamy than white fyi. They are good quality, and can be used everyday or for special dinners. The bowl can be used for soup and pasta. The plates have angled edges, which helps keep all the sauces in! A beautiful and functional set.

Such a beautiful set that I’ve been wanting to buy for some time. I waited for them to go on sale and purchased two sets (so table setting for twelve). These dishes are elegant yet practical, good quality yet lightweight compared to stoneware, and are a beautiful warm white, which perfectly suits my decor. When I want to elevate them a bit, I plan to use them with gold chargers. I will definitely add onto this set as needed.
