NOT NON SLIP as stated, NO Latex Backing

The description of this rug is Incorrect, or they just plain lied! The colors are Beautiful, but I wanted this for an out deck by a pool and need a Non Slip and this clearly stated NON SLIP with a Latex Backing. NOT TRUE!!

I am updating my previous 1 star review. After getting a quote of over $450.00 to return a 10x13 rug, I contacted Rugs Direct once again and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and got a quote under Rugs Direct account and the shipment came down to $188.00 which is still outrageous; I agreed to the price and the rug was pickup yesterday.

Not sure about outdoor rating

I have only had this rug out on my patio for 2 weeks, vacuumed and hosed it off in spots yesterday. I am already noticing stains from bird droppings and various foliage (flower petals) that drop are leaving stains that didn’t hose off as the listing suggests. It is a pretty rug, the colors are nice. I don’t think the white background is going to camouflage the normal “litter” of outdoor living. We have it under our patio table, have grandchildren over regularly so I am concerned about food or beverage stains at this point. I might be returning it.

We bought the rug for outdoor use, and it got dirty pretty quickly. (Maybe I should have chosen a pattern without any white.) But the spots cleaned up easily with rug cleaner. And this weekend we washed the whole thing, to put it away for the winter. We just used dishwashing liquid, water, and a scrub brush. I was impressed with how well it cleaned up, and how quickly it dried. I'm pleased with this purchase.

I ordered this rug for our living room, and was pleased with the quality and softness of it. It definitely didn't strike me as a typical "outdoor rug," which I would have thought would be stiff and scratchy. The colors are vibrant and give a very coastal feel. It arrived on time and in perfect condition! I would have liked it a little better if the ivory was more of a white instead of a yellowish cream, but otherwise it's a great buy!

This rug is exactly as pictured! The contemporary pattern and bright blue & green colors added a perfect touch to my Cape Cod rental. Since it is an indoor/outdoor rug spills should not be an issue. It is a thinner rug like a commercial one and a pad is recommended. We got the pad and rug from overstock. We did not get the super thin pad they show with the rug but a thicker one since we knew the rug was on the thinner side. No loops to catch on dog or cat paws and no nap to have to keep up with vacuuming.

Purchased this to stage the back patio due to house being put on market. Rug came in VERY tightly rolled with good plastic packaging. At first I thought it would be very thin and cheap like, however after unrolling it, it was perfect. Fibers feel great under feet. Backing is wonderful and could have easily been laid on hardwood floors as it didn't have any of the hard rigid plastic that can scratch the floors. Helped to sell the house in 24 hours. Buyers stated how much they loved the back patio and could "see" themselves enjoying it.
