Cracked

Tub surround cracked in two places. Stabilizer brackets are missing to mount tub.

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews that said there were cracks, but the one I ordered looks fine. There was no option for home delivery so I had to ask the contractor to pick it up from Home Depot. It’s not installed yet, but the size looks good and it feels sturdy.

Came broken multiple times. Don’t buy this tub.

Arrived cracked twice. I didn't order a third. That was sufficient demonstration of quality.

Horrible - DO NOT BUY

Should of taken the sign of the first one being broken upon delivery as a sign. Finally got it replaced and got it installed. it scratches so easily. We dont use exfoliates or anything and this tub gets a new scratch with every use. DO NOT BUY.

product is good, if you order the right size but not receiving a refund is making me unhappy. 612.00 is supposed to be refunded but haven't received anything yet. they also received their tub back.

Although a challenging start. Wayfair did the right thing. This tub is perfect for our tiny home.

Cracked

Not worth making the trip to pick up cracked tubs. Home depot needs to open and inspect before they have customers drive an hour one way to pick up a damaged tub.

The tub itself looks really nice, but it came damaged twice. Normally would say thats on the shipping company not the product. But it was the exact same sized crack in the exact same spot both times and the tub was packaged really well. Seems like a manufacturing problem that there is a weak point in the corner. Ultimately didnt opt to try a third one as we were concerned about how the tub would hold up. As a warning if they come damaged Wayfair will not take them back and you will be stuck disposing of them yourself. We were given a full refund though, so no loss other than time.

The tub itself is fine. Build quality is good. However the process to get a tub that wasn’t broke in shipping was a train wreck . The first two came damaged. Third one finally made it unscathed. Be aware you should order expecting at least one to come damaged.

Arrived broken, twice!

The supplier does not pack these well at all. They are very vulnerable in the packaging used. The first one we received was broken. Returned it and then 2nd one arrived broken too.

Arrived cracked each time

First one arrived cracked, ordered a second, it also arrived cracked. They only package it with thin cardboard, so I dont see a way around it cracking. Absolutely not worth the headache. Now off to find a different option.

Never was able to get a usable tub. Swiss Madison needs to learn how to package the item for shipping. We had a total of 4 tubs shipped, each came in damaged, not just a little, but beyond usable. Spent 2 1/2 months on reorders and finally after the 4th damaged tub, went with another brand. Home Depot customer service was great but Home Depot should not bother carrying this.

Got 2 of them and both were broken

Sometimes you still want a soaker tub even in a very small bathroom. The extra foot of floorspace this tub allows made a world of difference! I also love the aesthetics of the 'squareness' and clean lines. Bathroom is still just roughed in, will add pics if I can once it's done. Shipping logistics were very smooth too.

Very satisfied with the quality of the bathtub. The sides are a little higher than I thought they would be, but the overall size fits the bathroom very nicely.

Perfect size

We couldn't fit a 5' tub in our only bathroom but we still wanted the option for a tub in case a family with children ever owns our home. This was the perfect fit with a clean and simple design. It is quite high but makes for a nice soaking tub.

The tub as a product is great- we have used this before as it's one of the smallest and most attractive options out there for tighter spaces, but shipping was not great- the tub had cracks and chips because of poor packaging- Houzz did make it right immediately and sent out a team to pick up the damaged product and re deliver a new one- but that in itself is wasteful- proper packaging and taking care in the beginning could have saved materials, labor and al the rest that comes with shipping and delivery.

I have a small space (and need a soaking tub for my old aching bones), so this should meet my need. Looks good, delivered safely. There was one problem, and Customer Service was no help!
