Save yourself some stress and just order 2 tubs because one of them will be damaged. However, when you do get a perfect one you’ll love it. As another reviewer pointed out, it’s a little difficult getting up from a sitting position but super comfortable while you’re soaking. I also purchased the matching Swiss Madison toilet.

This bathtub fit perfectly in the small space I had in my bathroom. It is shorter than a normal bathtub but it is deep. I love it!

A little too tall for comfort.

I neglected to check the hight of the tub, before ordering. Tub is taller than other tubs, requiring rising a knee higher than before. This may not be an issue for tall and agile. However, may an issue for shorter, and elderly. Other than the hight they looks, color, soaking depth, arm rests are fine.

This is a good quality tub. It was packaged very well and delivered exactly as instructed, they even rang the doorbell to notified me of delivery.

Damaged on Delivery... Twice

First order arrived damaged with a large crack. Called customer service who provided a refund and reordered. Second tub arrived a week later, cracked in the same spot. Called again, they said this is common. Explained this is prolonging the bathroom remodels and costing me time and money and was told they would give me 50% off a future order. Called to redeem that, was then told it was only 15% off. Disappointed in competence in shipping and handling and overall care in customer satisfaction.

Arrived broken twice

First tub arrived cracked and I was promptly sent a replacement that was cracked worse than the first. It has been nearly a month and I am still waiting for Home Depot return shipping service to schedule a pickup for two broken tubs that are taking up space in my house. The packaging was a flimsy box, the delivery service was not careful, and the return has been a nightmare.

Although a challenging start. Wayfair did the right thing. This tub is perfect for our tiny home.

Beautiful tub but thick flange makes it tough to overcome.

false advertising!

One of the main reasons I bought this tub was for the asvertised 15” soaking debth. After receiving the tub and seeing the huge space under the tub for the feet, I measured from the drain to the overflow. It is barely 13” for soaking. This is false advertising! I read many of the reviews that indicated it was narrow, ao that was expected and accurate. But suprised no one ever questioned the soaking debth. The manufactuer had plenty of room to lower the soaking debth by minimizing the foot height. Instead, they made the feet tall and wasted room under the tub. They easily have 4” under the tub tonincrease soaking debth. On too of that, there is plenty of room to widen the inside to satisfy those comments of being too narrow. Time for new engineers!

Needed 2 tubs, out of 9 tubs shipped only one was correct. Had to fire HD/swiss Madison and order the last tub from someone else. A 10 week fiasco.

Product Arrived damaged

Delivery of this product was a nightmare. First, there was a communication issue between HD and the vendor. I had to call multiple times over a week and we had to reorder this twice, which resulted in the delivery being delayed. To make matters worse, this product arrived damaged. I would seriously consider another option if you needed something quick.

The tub itself looks really nice, but it came damaged twice. Normally would say thats on the shipping company not the product. But it was the exact same sized crack in the exact same spot both times and the tub was packaged really well. Seems like a manufacturing problem that there is a weak point in the corner. Ultimately didnt opt to try a third one as we were concerned about how the tub would hold up. As a warning if they come damaged Wayfair will not take them back and you will be stuck disposing of them yourself. We were given a full refund though, so no loss other than time.

Cracked Tub

I was looking for a tub with arm rests in the 60"x32" size and this one appeared to check all the boxes. Unfortunately or first tub came in crack, then we re-ordered it and so did the second. I was very disappointed in the packaging from the manufacturer. They could have done more to ensure their products arrive un-damaged. I could not risk having another one come in crack and further push our project scheduled so I had to move on to a different tub.
