Multiple tubs ordered all came in with multiple scratches in the bottom. Apparently the manufacturer stack them up one inside the other during transit resulting issue is the feet on the top one scratches the inside, bottom of the one below it.

I couldn’t possibly be more dissatisfied with this product. Three separate times I ordered this tub for my client and each time it arrived damaged or defective. I invested considerable time into ordering, re-ordering and attempting to pick up at the store. As we know for a builder, time is money. No compensation for me losses and I suppose a lesson is what I got instead. I could not recommend this product in any good conscience. If I could leave negative stars, I would leave five negative stars For the product and the experience.

Arrived Cracked

Word to the wise. Open the package and inspect while the delivery driver is still there! We opened up the tub and found it fully cracked down the side. Then called Home Depot the next day to process the refund. They refunded the wrong item… then had to go through the process again. Ultimately found a nice cast iron porcelain tub on Facebook marketplace that suits the bill and won’t crack. These chincy fiberglass and acrylic tubs have no quality control. Don’t waste your time and money!

Beautiful tub, solved my problem of needing a corner tub. This and a custom enclosure actually cost less than all ready made options I had considered, and looks so much cooler. First tub arrived with a crack, so make sure you check it carefully before accepting!

I had actually ordered a tub offline previously from another website and it came in cracked in 2 places. I ordered from home depot and it showed up quickly, and the associate that helped me was very patient and understanding when I asked to open the box to look at the new one to make sure it also wasn't cracked. The tub itself is very nice. I love being able to take a bubble bath and actually have most of my body covered. Its a bit of a step to get out of though.
