This base is very well made out of fiberglass. It looks great in the new shower.

Absolutely beautiful. I'm glad I made this purchase. That said, I measure wrong so I have made a mistake. Unfortunately, it took a long time to come, and when it did arrive the packaging was barely covering the product and all the paperwork was missing. I'm surprised it wasn't scratched or nicked. The product is a five star for sure; the packaging for shipping can't even earn a star.

Nice base. The packaging was damaged in several places, but thanks to good packing, only a couple of small chips in the underside supports, which should not affect function.

Good quality. I thought it was more of a matte finish, but it's glossy...Still a great look. Install was easy, just make sure it's level.

we haven't installed it yet. other that the item getting dropped in transit and breaking to the corner it appears pretty strong. i like the color and size.

Stylish fan. Air distribution in room is good. Only flaw is that with wall power switch on LED light glows in dark when fan is in use. It’s hard to tell during daylight but at night there is a glow from the light. The only way to resolve that issue is to turn off switch completely. Will seek a resolution from company.

So, we never actually installed this. We moved shortly after we had a bathroom renovation planned. What I can comment on is that it is lovely. A great size and it came without any damage. It was well packaged (and quite heavy). It was exactly as pictured and hopefully we will be able to install it in our new home soon!

Install was easy took my time feels real solid no squeaks or ticks. Did seem to mark easy and scuff even though I kept it protected.
