Originally, the shower pan came with a broken corner. It was heavy and well made quality-wise and arrived a day early. Wayfair was able to send a replacement for the broken shower pan, so giving 5 stars.

Everything about this is exactly what I needed AND the price point beat the box stores!

So much better than a tile pan. Solid heavy duty - yet super bright white and easy to clean. No grout to discolor or leak or wash away. Gave me a great foundation to build my new shower !

The pan is what I needed bit with the very rough shipping it came in with a damaged corner. The box was handeled so rough that it containd several holes torn into it.

Not as supportive as I thought it would be. With heavy bed of cement it is ok though. Nice finish.

use mortar, not foam

Instructions on type and amount of foam to use were too vague. Didnt add enough so it was creaky and no way to fix it. Use plastic to protect subfloor and shower pan. Now its stuck to the floor so we have to bust it out and buy a new one. Will be using mortar for the next one.

Wrong pan shipped

After waiting 3 extra days from the original shipment date, got the product home after a 2 hour round trip to the store and it was the wrong drain pattern. I ordered a left hand drain and it was a right hand drain.

Don't know how they shipped this, but it took a horrible beating! The bottom is cracked and the top as well. Of course, now that we are getting around to opening the package, it's beyond return or help date! I don't think I'd buy this type of item from Wayfair again. If I had bought this at a box store, I could have returned the damaged item no matter what date. Perhaps I would have gotten a credit, but that works as well. Not very happy with this purchase.

Nice heavy duty base. Arrived damaged. Wayfair sent a new one in just a few days. That one was perfect.

Self-install went well. The base does creak quite a bit, but it is subsiding as we use it.

The size, shape, weight, color, and packaging were exactly as advertised. The base was beautifully

Better than I expected. Very pleased with the dimensions(on point) delivery. Was worried because the box was damaged taped over several times. The pan was intact.

It's the perfect base for my renovated shower. Very sturdy, and a nice shade of white. This will be a nice offset to whatever your walls are.

I initially ordered a middle drain shower base...but upon reflection realized that it would complicate having a non-slip mat on the shower floor ( the drain would be covered by the average style mat). So called Wayfair...and the customer rep was so gracious and pleasant. She canceled the middle drain order ( which was in transit) and ordered a replacement with a better placed drain. There was a small fee to turn the original order back...but the ease of resolving my dilemma and the helpful and understandiing assistance of the customer service person...reinforced my strong belief in Wayfair practices.
