Sink faucet with low flow rate

Do not mistake this for a tub filler spout. This is a sink faucet with a flow rate that is low, even for a sink faucet. Do not buy this for your bathtub. Talk to a plumber about using custom plumbing that will increase the flow rate suited for a tub.

Not for a mobile home

I love the style however it doesnt fit on mobile home. So I need to return it. I would not recommend it for a mobile home however.

You can't beat Moen products. Excellent quality, very heavy duty and a lifetime warranty! Love the way it looks in our main bathroom. You will have to buy the M-Pact Double Handle Wall Mount Valve from Moen because this is just the trim kit. My husband and I installed this ourselves only because we are extremely handy and this was not our first rodeo. If you are not handy, you should hire a plumber.

This tub spout is large, this will do well on a tub that has some space between the wall and the tub. Too large for a wall that is flush to tub. The faucet looks as imaged and very nice, but too large for a tub that is wall tub flush, it needs it's own space to enter the tub and spill over.

We already had the Moen system in our wall so it was an easy switch to this faucet. It is substantial, looks nice and cleans up easily. If you don't have the Moen system already installed you will need to buy that separately for about another $99.
