this was a pistol to assemble. Looks great.

Arrived late because FedEx lost it. Also, a piece that was towards the middle of the stack was cracked right at a dowel screw point (surrounding pieces totally fine), it was packed damaged. Not great quality control as a few other large pieces were scuffed and dinged. Have not been able to fully assemble yet as Im awaiting resolution from the manufacturer on this damaged structural piece. Will be back to update if all goes well.

Cheaply made, missing parts, no support response.

Missing parts for installation and one of the dresser drawers slots don’t line up with dresser floor board so I can’t put it together. Also a couple of the holes that the handle attaches to aren’t lined up so the handle isn’t level. Reached out to support several times to find a remedy but there has been no response. WAY overpriced for the level of quality and service.

I love the dresser. It was not hard to put together and I love the design.

The dresser is very high quality and beautiful design, the assembly however, took hours with 2 people working on it.

its nice on the outside

It looks really nice but it would be nicer to have metal trackins for drawers instead of wood and dowels. The wood doesnt lock the drawers into place. Would be 1000% better of they did fall off the wooden tracks and get jammed

Drawers are about one-eighth to one-quarter inch too short for frame. Drawer keeps falling off of wood track because of width issue.

Love this dresser

Love the look and it’s easy assembly. Also had a shipping issue and they were so quick and helpful in resolving the matter.

The fitment of the drawers is not good. For something of this price you would expect a better fitment.

Upon assembly you find a shortage of screws and wood dowels. Very frustrating. Now Im shopping for parts to make sure the drawers dont fall out or off the wooden tracks bc some drawers are just a smidge too narrow. My son and I were pretty disappointed by the quality.

It's just about what you'd expect at this price. It looks pretty nice, but the drawers definitely feel pretty cheap when operating. If you're putting this together, you will need 4 different screwdrivers, a drill, hammer, bolt cutters, and an empty swear jar. It's not an overly complicated assembly, but I had to modify a couple pieces that absolutely would not fit together properly due to not being drilled deep enough. You'll never want to see a dowel again, and when do you "tighten (G) in future steps"?? It took me a little over 4 hours by myself. I strongly recommend a second person, at least for a couple of the steps.

The piece is great, putting it together was time consuming but it’s very high quality and the instructions are very clear.

Great look and very well built. Handles are sleek with a nice angle to pull. All wood drawers are solid. Would buy again!!

I have put together a lot of furniture over the years and several dressers. This dresser was a beast to put together. It looks great now that it’s finished, but know that it’s a tough one to assemble.
