Unstable legs. Unfortunately I had to return
I like the idea of it, yet it didn't heat towels much or evenly.
Doesn’t warm towels
Hung it on the wall. Looks good, but does not get the towels as warm as I expected.
This is a replacement for one we have had for years. Warmer still works but bracket was accidentally broken.
I had the exact same item but since it's about 15 years old I wanted to replace it. The warmer is not as sturdy as the old one, and the dimensions are inaccurate on the website. I have a small space for the warmer and the former one fit exactly...the feet are 12". On the website it mentions the depth as 10" but they are actually 12.25" so I had to switch the feet from my old warmer to the new one.
Unfortunately this took up too much space in my small bathroom but it did work great

Kinda flimsey and does not get hot enough.
Love it! Once I learned how to properly layer the towels, I have been treated to a warm, cozy experience after every single shower. Worth every penny!
I use this out by the hot tub. Nice and portable for those cold nights in the tub. Toasty warm towels. Love, love, love…
Does not heat very well You can touch the bars when it is on. Now Wayfair will charge me $14.88 to return the junk they sell.

Does not reach a high enough temperature to warm our towels. We can touch the rail once it reaches its highest temperature and not get burned. We’re just keeping it because it costs 20% of the purchase price to return it! I have not used Wayfair in several years and did not realize shipping back would cost so much.
It's a Christmas gift, so I can't write about it but the delivery was super fast and I hope my daughter loves it.
It doesn't get hot enough to warm very well. Towels are mildly warm, better then cold off a regular rack but it would be nice if they got warner
