This dual purpose towel bar/safety rail was the perfect choice for a bathroom remodel of a MCM ranch. Delta's champagne bronze finish is a perfect match for Kohler's brushed bronze plumbing & light fixtures.
Absolutely wonderful ! So pleased with function, price and the way it works! Highly recommend!
Product fails
I purchased a Delta towel rack. The screw connecting the rack to the mounting hardware didn't work. I tried multiple fixes and contacted their warranty department. I was on hold for over 3 hours before they disconnected me. Just before disconnect they had they said I had to contact a different company and they never contacted me.
Delta's quality and warranty have earned my loyalty as a customer!
Delta's Decor Assist fixtures don't look like items specifically for those with disabilities; I've had several admirers of them not realize they were designed to assist. I'm not disabled but am a senior and chose several fixtures from this line to have them available for possible future need. The finish is lovely.
My husband and I are getting up there in age (68) and we recently added grab bars to our bathroom even though we don't need them yet. This towel bar, when mounted on studs, doesn't look like a safety feature. Very good quality and beautiful finish (Venetian bronze).
I was a little worried ordering this that it would look utilitarian. It looks great! The finish and the way it's curved are very nice. I have had a guest step out of the shower and pull my old towel bar off the wall! Because mine is mounted right outside the shower I think this is perfect just in case someone reaches for it for balance or assistance.

Installed one in our main bath to replace a towel bar. Looks good. Was pretty easy to install. One end mounted to a stud the other did not. Luckily it includes a no-stud mounting bracket. Just be sure you have everything marked and level before you begin.

We needed this to grab onto as our toilet is between 2 walls with nothing to grab onto. It was pretty easy to install as we had 2 studs to put the screws into. It is very secure and I don't have any fear of it not holding me. It's also attractive. The only thing I would change is the toilet paper slides around and doesn't stay in place.

Very heavy duty feel, and looks great. Love that there isn't any center spring-loaded spindle - rather, there is a swing up gate, so nothing to bounce across the room or get lost. Only one caution - it stands out from the wall farther than a basic wall-mount TP holder. In one of the rooms I will be putting this, there is just the minimum clearance on each side of the toilet, so I will need to swap sides and put it on the opposite side so I can get it a few inches farther forward from the toilet itself (otherwise it will hit my knee/thigh)... no big deal, but just an observation. (The home essentials direct review form is asking me to give 1 to 5 stars to "softness"... not sure that's applicable here!)

I'm trying to figure out why no one had ever thought of this before, what a simple but great idea. We actually installed these in all of our baths. We love these, they are so easy to raise the little bar and add the roll of paper, no no fumbling with one of the old fashioned spring loaded type or no more falling off the other bar type holders. We also like the grab bar just in case any of our guest ever needs to use it. Everyone that has seen these are fascinated with them and want to know where we got it from. It also matches all of the other Delta Cassidy line perfectly. We couldn't be happier with a toilet paper holder.

Love this. It is very modern, has dual use and is a safety bar.

This is an attractive grab bar that can double as a towel bar. It's pretty hefty. Time will tell how well it works. The only downside is that the design of the anchor it uses was difficult to install because my bathroom has lathe/plaster walls, which are quite thick and irregular on the backside. You have to slide the anchor through a one-inch diameter hole in the wall, attach a plastic lever to a face plate with sticky tape, and pull that plastic lever forward. If the taped-on plastic pulls away from the face plate, the entire anchor can fall into the wall and you then have to buy another anchor and attach something else to the lever so it won't fall through the hole in the wall. LOL.

This tissue holder is a monster! Heavy-duty and seemingly indestructible. Not sure why the tissue holder bar is at least 2" wider than it needs to be but, maybe, somewhere in this world Charmin makes rolls of TP that are 2" wider than the standard roll. ;) PS: the photo illustration is a bit deceiving, making this selection appear to have a gold finish. It does not.

I purchased this grab bar in the "Brilliance Stainless Steel" finish which turned out to be an excellent match for the brushed nickel finishes of the Kohler fixtures in my Master bath. My husband installed it horizontally in our shower. The biggest problem was that he had to borrow a reciprocating drill to drill through our wall tiles, which were in actuality heavy floor tiles. That done, the wall studs matched the set of the grab bar and the bar went onto the shower wall smoothly. It is sturdy and useful to hold onto while shaving or if blinded by shampoo. Shower accidents are common and although neither of us are infirm, It is good to be safe and prepared for inevitable aging. What I like the most is that this bar does not look like it is part of a nursing home. It attractively coordinates with the other fixtures in our shower. Thanks Delta for stepping up the design quotient of a mundane product and making a safety fixture I'm proud to have on my shower wall.

Nice shelf/grab bar combination for the tub area. More modern take on a grab bar. Had two of these installed for a bathroom remodel. Purchased the brushed nickel ones. They look nice. So far so good. Time will tell how they hold up, but they seem to be made well.the shelf part holds shampoos and bath gels. The shelf is made of white plastic. The bars were installed thru the tiled wall into studs.

This tissue holder with assist bar looks nice versus the institutional look of many assist bars. It's quite heavy and sturdy and will easily hold your weight. I bought this for my mother- and father-in-law who are in their 80's and have pulled the toilet tissue holder anchors out of the drywall twice in the past 6 months. They didn't admit that they were using it to help themselves up, but I suspected it, so I decided to get something that was built for the purpose.
