The washlet bidet was very easy to install, instructions were straight forward. Works perfectly no issues. I will say it might not mount perfectly depending on the toilet size, even though it is round your toilet bowl might be shaped a little different (pictured). I would definitely recommend this washlet to anyone and I would definitely purchase again in the future.

Our first purchase - but not our last! The bidet has been very well received in our household! I am very happy with our purchase and so glad I ordered it from bathbutlerbidets. Communication was outstanding - from the moment I placed my order - until it arrived - I knew exactly what I was getting. In fact, I accidentally ordered the wrong model and I was sent a return label immediately and was shipped the correct model right away. I like it’s intelligence and user interface. There are adjustable features to customize functions for different users and save those settings. We spend part of the year in Thailand and we missed the toilet/bidet features we have there when we’re back in the US.

Bidet Life

This is the second bidet I have bought (both Toto brand). Once you start living that #bidetlife, you’ll never want to go back. The only downside is you will constantly be thinking of how much it sucks to not have one of these at your work. I know 4 people with this model, or similar. Do yourself a favour and give your undercarriage the love and attention it needs.
