I love the bidet. It's just what I wanted.

Great purchase. I just wish I had double checked the size before buying. Mine is a bit short for my toilet, but it works. Excellent quality.

I only rated a 4 because I have not had time to install it yet. The 4 rating is based on Sellers communication and quickness in shipping. All parts appear to be there and nothing seems to be broken....however, like I said I have not installed yet.

Amazing bathroom experience!

Luxurious! Heated seat feels great. Adjustable water temperature and sprays for cleaning, sprays can be adjusted forward or back to clean the location needed. Really awesome. Purchased to help older parents but would consider adding one to our home as well.

My husband and I are obsessed with this bidet! The heated seat is the BEST feature. It was a little difficult to install since we have a cramp bathroom, but didn't take more than 30 minutes. Highly highly recommend!

Love it when it's working well. Periodically it seems like the remote and unit stop communicating and then will start working again. Even sent it for service and they said nothing was wrong. It's happened a couple times since then but seems to start working again so I'll keep. Highly recommend registering for the warranty.

My husband had no problem installing. Came with lots of directions. Needs a plug near by. The drill is to mount the remote on the wall or cabinet. Cleans beautifully. Use much less TP. Good for a person with limited mobility after surgery. Good for older people who need assistance, but there are warnings not to leave them on a heated seat for a long time or mild burns can occur. Mounted a magazine holder next to it so the paperwork is handy for new users.

Its too too small, no way to turn off the “warmer” its getting very hot and i have to keep unplugging it

Didn't have the turbo or vortex option so I returned it

The bidet seat arrived in pristine condition in just a couple of days. It took me about 20 minutes to install, and it works great!

never had one before, bit we will put one in our other bathrooms in the future. We will change to elongated toilets as well.

This thing is big but it seems to fit well on our toilet. Wish it didn't have lights that stay on, and also that the deodorizer and pre-mist settings were easier to customize. Otherwise it's a pretty sweet operation.
