Seat Broke within Two Years

The seat cracked in two places within two years of purchase. Other seats in the house are still going strong, including 20+ year old originals and one other seat purchased at the same time. Slow close feature worked well.

No more slamming toilets! We’ve had these for several months and the soft close feature still work.

Toggle Bolt issue.

The toggle bolt did not fit through the hole in the toilet. I had to purchase an alternate toggle bolt. A bit frustrating since this is a Kohler replacement part for a Kohler toilet. Should have taken 5 minutes to install instead it was a project. Otherwise the product is exactly what i needed and expected,

I am very pleased with the product. It was easy to install, and it functions perfectly. Even though my toilet is 30 years old, the colour matches perfect. The sales staff were extremely helpful, and guided me through how to take measurements so that I ordered the correct product. I was also advised of the return policy in case of error. Delivery was prompt.

My guess is that if one is a large person this seat would be comfortable. If you are a lighter person (I weigh 125) the seat feels way too big. It slopes downward too. I really do not like it at all.

Nice quality and color but unable to install with enclosed hardware. Top mount hardware installment included but hardware won’t fit mounting holes in toilet body. Very disappointed. Hopefully Kohler will come to my aid and furnish the correct hardware to actually install this toilet seat. Very inconvenient to have no means to correct this problem. Imagine having a new toilet seat costing approx $70 and not being able to connect it to toilet body after purchasing. Great quality toilet seat with quiet/slow-close

Great toilet seat overall. Easy to install, easy to clean, comfy, good quality and love the slow-close feature! We have had it for over 3 months now and are hapoy with our purchase. Would recommend.

Had a few scratches on the seat part not sure if it was from the packaging or not but wasn’t too happy about it. Otherwise very nice product.

Easy installation and the colour matches great with our toilets even though they were different brands. Loved that the boxes give you big reminders to measure and check the colour before opening the box (even has a built in hole so you can see the toilet colour).

The toilet seat is 5 star (excellent) quality & fit perfectly; it is not flimsy like other brands. I had to knock off 1 star as there were no instructions or QR code included in the box. To figure out how to install, I had to go back to the Wayfair description to find/access the instructions page.

The top of the clips arrived broken. Not sure how, since I inspected the box when it arrived and the box looked fine. However since I purchased the item in November but didnt install until May, when I discovered the damage, Im SOL. If you are purchasing this item make sure to open it before the 30 day window.

Although I purchased the Ice Grey toilet several years ago, I just purchased this seat to replace a wood one I had. I was pleasantly surprised that even after so many years the color match was perfect. Installation is different than what I was used too but was a step up. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The soft close feature is great.

Kohler round toilet seat

Installing it was much harder than the older ones. The fasteners are cheap.

The toilet seat was almost exactly the same as the previous one. I didn't even have to change the anchoring bolts, the new one slid right into place with no effort.
