Because it had a Lifetime Warranty
Just took it out of the box to install it and it was broken. Now it’s past the return date and I’m not only out money for this, but now have to go and buy another one.

The Waterpick shower head and handheld shower head are great! They are made well and performed well after an incredibly easy installation!

That Pressure!!!!
The water pressure is amazing with this shower head!! I fell in love instantly. I was a little skeptical because so many brands claim to have the best water pressure and they always disappoint, but this one reminds me of the water pressure that you get when staying at a hotel. You know that strong pressure that instantly relaxes your body and makes you want to stay under it forever. I promise it is definitely worth the price and only took a few minutes to install.
