Very beautiful surfaces and the shelves hold a lot of weight--albeit we didnt sit on it, so cant attest to the maximum it will hold. Finish looks great

This shelf is great! It’s exactly what I was looking for to increase storage and have the options to display little trinkets. It was easy to put together and the color of the unit is beautiful. The quality of the shelf is what I expected for products from Lowe’s. Another great thing is the shelf is not leaning and stands sturdy.

[Rewarded Review] Great for home or office!

I got this as a nice decorative storage for the office I work in. We can't have drinks at our desk because of the nature of what we work on, so it's nice to have this to keep them up off the floor and our personal items too. It's fairly sturdy but also really light. Took maybe 20 minutes to put together? It was very easy and very few parts so I didn't really even need the manual as it was pretty self explanatory.

I am giving this 4 stars only because this shelf is a little smaller than I thought it would be. However, it is very sturdy and is a great size for the plants I am going to put on it when the weather gets cold. My cat absolutely it, see photos. I may need to order another one for the plants and keep this one just for him, lol. Also, to emphasize the sturdiness, the cat weighs 18 lbs.

[Rewarded Review] Quickest piece of furniture I’ve ever assembled

First… the assembly is the most straight forward and simple. There are really only 4 parts. The shelves. The “legs”. The 1 type of screw. And the wall anchor. It probably took me 30 minutes and I was taking my time.

[Rewarded Review] Spacious & Easy To Assemble

This decorative shelving unit is very spacious, easy to assemble, and has a clean, simple design. First of all, this shelving unit with its 5 tiers (3 large shelves, 1 medium shelf, 1 small shelf), provides plenty of room for all of your favorite knick knacks, decorations, books, plants, and more. All shelves are completely open with nothing hindering the use of the full shelf. Secondly, the packaging of this unit was meticulous. Upon opening the box, the directions were on top with each frame neatly packed, and the shelves were in order from the smallest to the largest. The hardware, Allen wrench, and wall securing straps and hardware were all packaged and easy to find. After attaching the top and medium shelves, it was easier to assemble the unit upside down with it resting on a chair for stability. Overall, the order of the boxed items made assembly super easy, as I was able to do so by myself. I have never put together any other piece of furniture that was this easy to assemble. Lastly, from the weathered gray color to the simplicity of the design, when all is said and done, this unit provides a clean, simple, decorative piece of furniture, suitable for all of your display and storage needs. 5 Gold Stars ***** AAA+++

The freestanding shelf is nice, surprising sturdy. Looks nice. The board are thick and heavy. This shelving stand was so easy to put together. Took maybe 30 minute. Instuctions were clear and all hardware was there. It does come with screws and ties to attatch to the wall. We did not use them. The stand it's self is sturdier than it feels. It goes very well with the runner, and stands sturdy.

It is not as large or space consuming as I thought it would be. It is straight forward and very easy to assemble. The multiple tiers makes this multi purpose. There are many uses for it such as books, clothes, or other household items. The weathered wood looks nice. It is easy to clean. As long as you tighten the bolts correctly, the unit is pretty sturdy.

[Rewarded Review] Awesome shelving unit

I just finished renovating our office space and was looking for some additional storage shelving to replace some that were just out of date. The grey look is something we were looking for, and I like the open space to we can display some of our items. Assembly was very easy, and only took about 20 minutes. Once assembled, it seemed pretty solid and well built. We really like it and plan on grabbing another one!

Easy to put together..... comes with everything you need to do the basic install....I did not do the wall security that they provided/ recommend, as I don't have small children in the home. So all of it was just an allen wrench. It is a bit tight at times, so you have to work a bit to get it all secured.....Put together it is a very nice and high quality set. Looks real wood...not at all fake looking....and it is quality....doen't look like the color/ top will come off!

[Rewarded Review] Handsome shelf set

Really like this set....Assembly was easy and strait forward. Took me about an hour from start to finish. Love the grey look.....very realistic .... fit into my walk in closet like a dream....not using it for normal shelving....will use it for closet items, storage and clothes.... Love it and am very grateful to have this unit. Very sturdy and came well packaged!

[Rewarded Review] Easy Assembly. Nice Colors. Sturdy & Strong.

Wow, really nice! Strong; 20 lbs per shelf cube. Excellent installation instructions, quick assembly w/ included allen wrench and hardware. Not as tall as expected. Step design is stylish, practical, versatile, attractive, while not taking away from items displayed. Ours will help organize a home office with the top tiers providing homes for cascading plants, the green will look amazing against the black steel frame and gray shelving, colors that blend with many decors. This 5-Tier freestanding shelving is what we expected from ClosetMaid, just a bit shorter. Sturdy, well made, easy to assemble, attractive & practical, functional. Includes anti-tipping wall mounting hardware. Definitely nice portable narrow shelving suitable for many rooms.

[Rewarded Review] Strong shelving unit

This shelving unit has rather strong metal brackets with thick wood shelving. It is very sturdy and seems to be able to hold a good amount of weight. The grey-wood color and design is nice enough where this could go in a formal room and not look out of place. It is easy to put together, and stays almost perfectly balanced on a hard floor. The shelves screw in so no worries about tilting, and it comes with two optional support brackets that go into the wall, if wanted.

[Rewarded Review] Not a bad shelf unit but not great

I was a bit skeptical about this shelf unit as I was assembling it because the metal supports seem thin and flimsy but once it’s all together it actually seems fairly sturdy. The upside is that assembly was super quick and easy, taking me about 15 minutes to complete. And while it’s fairly attractive the shelves are mdf with wood grain surfaces so I don’t think they’ll hold up to a lot of abuse. If you’re considering this for an indoor shelving unit for a living room or bedroom I’d say it would probably be fine but I don’t think it’d do well to the use and abuse of a garage shelving unit. Just my opinion.

[Rewarded Review] Simple Design, Sturdy Construction, Looks Good

Clean looking, simple design. Works well with modern to industrial styles. It closely matches the washed/weathered gray cabinets and desk in my home office that are also accented by matte black metal. There’s a surprising amount of storage space that can be used for actual storage such as books or in my case, plenty of room for picture frames, potted plants and other keepsakes. The shelf is very easy to assemble. The shelves are attached to the four metal upright pieces with bolts from the underside. I recommend hand tightening until you get all the pieces attached. Once tight, it’s quite stable. It does include two straps to secure it from tipping.
