Junk. Do not waste your time

Very cheaply made. It was delivered in 7 boxes and pieces were broken banged up and completely snapped in half

There’s a lot to almost love about this system. However, it keeps arriving broken, dented, and/or scratched. We’ve returned it twice. The third time we contacted the company directly to simply replace the two broken and dented pieces. We were told to send pics and details to their email address. It’s been 3 weeks and no response to multiple emails.

Nice quality product

Good quality overall better color than expected. Instructions to assemble and install were terrible but can be installed in a few hours

The instructions for this closet system were absurd. The system was also missing several screws which was frustrating.

Quality was very good. Some corners on the panels and shelves had marks, but all could be touched up. Happy with quality of the drawers.

The final product is good quality. Instructions were OK. Probably much harder if you are not experienced building things from scratch. Kit did not include 3 of the 4 hanger rods, but the manufacturer took care of it with one call.

It is a little expensive for the quality but it does look great. Unsure how long it will hold up for!

Cool idea but the company shipped the wrong color for one of the seven boxes that came… due to work scheduling, I needed it replaced quickly. They told me they don’t do overnight or expedited shipping and I had to jump through hoops with pictures, receipts, emails and phone calls. Today is Wednesday, I emailed all the info they asked for yesterday and I had to call them for an update and replacements wouldn’t be sent out until next Monday. Such a waste of time and money and poor customer service.

Difficult spacing drawers

I liked how easy it was to install however it was difficult to properly space the drawers.

really nice closet system at a better price than others. the color is a faux grey wood grain- like a laminate, not real wood. I like the finish because it's more interesting than typical white laminate.

Amazing product! Easy installation

Very nice unit! We used two of these units combined with a corner unit to complete our closet. I had to modify where the units go on the wall so it doesn't look exactly like the picture but it worked very well, though Instructions could have been better! They give you three (3) sets of instructions in one booklet and it's very hard to tell which one to use for this specific unit. Particularly where the fixed shelves are installed is difficult to figure out. Once you figure out the assembly details, it goes together easily. I recommend this unit. It looks great and is very functional.

Product was easy to put up and looks great! Met all our expectations. Delivery was fast, driver was friendly and product was not damaged.

Great closet kit

Really nice closet kit for the price especially since it hangs on the wall so you don't have to take out any base trim during the installation. The ball bearing drawer slides that it comes with are really nice. It comes with everything needed so I highly recommend.

Lowes was no help getting me a unshipped box

The product is easy to install and is nice looking. The installation instructions have one flaw, the instructions say to install screws or toggles within 2” of the vertical panels. I payed out the panels with a piece of tape as instructed. I got them as close as pi to the panel loacations. I had to cut a small notch in the panels that matched up perfectly with the screws and toggles holt he wall cleat. This was not in the insulation instructions. You can’t install screws or toggles exactly where the vertical panels go without notching the panels.

The drawerrs came in with some damage.
