5 stars - 100% does what it was intended to do! Amazing breakfast on the grill. This joker is HEAVY though. No regrets buying it and I will use it a ton but I will definitely be picking up the smaller one, too.

Great Product!

Used this griddle insert with my Genesis 300 series and it was such a great product. Cooked the smash burgers with bacon quickly and the cleanup was easy. Definitely going to become the go to moving forward.

Love it! Bacon and eggs, shrimp fried rice, steak and fried potatoes, and the easiest and quickest clean up as well. Have used weekly since purchased just over a month ago.

I purchased one by the reps suggestion. It turned out to be just half of the size: I have called asked for a supervisor and emailed on numerous occasions,. NO ONE has gotten back to me. Its now over the time limit and they say they can't return it.

This is an updated review. I have used this griddle insert twice now. Once for some bacon fried street corn, and secondly on some cheese steak sandwiches. The first time I used this griddle, I was getting some smoke in my face, but it might have been weather related and a more windy day or something. This didn't happen at all the second time I used the insert. The griddle fits into place nicely and is quite straightforward and easy to use. My favorite part is that it fits into my oven which makes cleanup a breeze. After cleaning the griddle, I simply reseason it quickly in the oven and it's all set up and ready to go for next time.

Purchased this to replace my black stone. Griddle lives up to the hype, easy to use and clean. Excellent product

Poor fit

I've been wanting a flat top griddle but between my gas grill, kettle grill and smoker I didn't have room for a 4th device. This seemed like the perfect solution. Unfortunately the griddle insert was barely deep enough to rest securely on the front and rear ledges of the grill (Genesis E310) . If it moved a millimeter in either direction the top would fall on the burners below as seen in the picture. I contacted weber to make sure I purchased the correct product and was told that I did in fact have the right product and that there was nothing more to do. I remedied the problem with a few bucks worth of hardware from home depot, but I shouldn't have had to do that. Otherwise the product would have been perfect. And to be fair this might fit other weber models better but as far as mine went it was a little disappointing.

A great conversion from grill to griddle.

Easy to clean. Even heat. Reminds me of cooking on a griddle in my youth at a restaurant.

Great product

Bought over a year ago and use it a lot. I have limited space in my outdoor kitchen and this takes the place of a separate appliance and works just as well.

Griddle Insert

The griddle works great. Very nice product, heats up quickly, and distribution of heat over the griddle is even. Cleaning is easy and quick, less messy.

Upset horrible customer service. Very disappointed

I have not recieved the grill, you sent me the wrong one after waiting weeks for it. I was told the grill is now on back order and I have no eta on when I will recieve it. I was told I could not get a refund until the grill I recieved was returned. they picked it up over a week ago and I still have not recieved a refund or an update.

It fits well and heats evenly.
