Not exactly what I thought, but does the job

Fits perfectly with our chairs.

Ordered two pieces of furniture from this company. One was missing a piece in the original packaging, the other had missing assembly holes or assembly holes in the wrong spots. After emailing the company to ask them to send me the missing piece, the offered to do so but only if I paid for it, basically half the cost of the original piece. When I called to discuss, they basically stonewalled and insisted that they would not cover the missing piece as I had bought it more than 30 days ago. So not only do they have poor quality control, they top it up with very poor customer service. In addition, I find that their product is shoddily made and looks and feel far inferior to the pictures in the catalog.

Great ottoman

Goes well with our cedar chairs. Was easy to put together and looks great!

Not as pictured

Item not as pictured-top of ottoman does not have a cross piece as the online picture shows. Think it would add to stability if it did. The shape of the side pieces above the leg of the ottoman is different in the ottoman I received than is pictured-it is curved and does not allow for a cross piece. This confused me when I received my order-I was trying to make the item match the picture. When ottoman was assembled, bumping it on the side made it skew a bit, which was correctable, but feel the top cross piece might prevent that.
