Purchased this and installed DIY. For my disappointment, it didn’t work. Called Moen customer support and they shippped replacement components within a week and it’s working well. Nice look. However, there is no chance to change the flow. You can’t reduce the flow. You only get one flow setting and have to live by that. Recommend to test it before you completely uninstall your old faucet.

We purchased the Moen Weymouth Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet to replace the exact same model, which had a broken internal gasket and was leaking. Unfortunately, the new one also had issues. This time, we opted to purchase it from a more reputable retailer, hoping for better quality control. While the faucet has a beautiful design and functions well when it works, the durability has been disappointing given its premium price. Moen should ensure better quality assurance for such high-end products.

Product & phone support great, instructions not

Installed my smart kitchen faucet over the weekend. Physical installation was the easiest I have ever had to do so - thumbs up. Set up of the smart device, not so much. I followed the included instructions and couldn't get the unit to work. I called support this morning and talked to Britany and she was extremely helpful. What she told me was that the unit I purchased had to be set up to Wi-Fi before even the motion sense could work. What she walked me through was very helpful but nowhere in the instructions or on the website. She stayed with me the whole time until unit was up and functioning. Everything is fine now, and my wife loves the unit, but was frustrating that the instructions were not complete.

replacing this faucet

We had this faucet installed in our kitchen remodel in August 2021. Immediately had to replace the batteries- like within 10 days. Then figured out we didn't need to use the battery backup. Great news! Now, for the past 6 months or so we have to hit a restart button under the sink bc the sensor flashes yellow and the water won't turn off. Most recently we have had to do this once a week. Working to get a replacement through our designer. Really disappointed as she said Moen is a product you have for life. AND it was expensive!! I would definitely NOT recommend
