The adhesive started failing within 2 months of install the door finish is bubbling. There has never been any moisture exposure to cause this damage. I wish I would have purchased a paint grade door. Very disappointed.

Really great shipping. We have only received them but the shipping was efficient. The door is packed tightly in wood and the Waifair delivery guy took care to place it. I am really happy with that part of the experience. The door is encased by wood so be careful when opening. I appreciate the lack of excessive materials and that I can recycle the wood container.

Home depot is not to blame. We ordered on Dec 9. Door came in weeks later without hardware. Had to reorder. Just now got in today. Manufacture throughout the process did not provide a tracking number. Home depot had to try to hunt it down multiple times. Will never order from them again. Home depot however offered 120 off the price. They tried to make it right .

The Barn door is made well. It was packaged securely. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality.

Beautiful. Perfect fit. Very heavy and well made. I was impressed with the packaging (plywood box with foam packing). We ended up adding a 2”x1” oak wood board for added security when attaching the bar to the wall.

This is a perfect door for the linen closet in the master bath. we purchased this door instead of replacing the pocket door.

When you measure for a closet door, you measure the opening. A standard closet height is 80". So when you purchase an 80" door it should be about 78". This is true with every door I have seen EXCEPT this one. I have an 80" opening but this door is also 80"! It will not fit a standard 80" opening. Im still waiting for a response, but im likely to pay shipping and stocking fee, plus installers scratched the first door so im out a couple thousand because these people don't know how to make a standard door. I am furious and am stuck ahowing my home with no closet doors.

This item looks beautiful but need lots of unexpected jobs. The door doesn’t have hole for bolts. My guys spend more hours to install because of that. Also we have to buy a wood pieces to hang the door but instructions doesn’t mention about it.

NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered these in August and they were supposed to be delivered in early September. I had to call them to find out that the shippers never picked up the order. Then I was promised a delivery date of October 3. Today is October 2 and I just called to find out where they were and if they were going to be delivered tomorrow. Without any notification, now they are telling me it will be October 6. I have contractors waiting to hang these and have been scheduled now. Three different times. Very frustrated and will never order from overstock again!

Beautiful doors, but....

The doors were beautiful. Quality hardware too. Doors are heavy and solid, nice finish, just really nice doors. Unfortunately I read the specifications and relied that they were correct. It specifically says the rough opening should be 72 W x 80 H. The doors are exactly 80 inches H x 36 W each. WITH the hardware you need 82 1/2 inches height. Rough opening should be 82 1/2"H x 72"W. Doors are supposedly able to be trimmed. No way I'd trust myself to cut them down being laminated, returned.

The doors look fairly well made, but I did not fully unpack them. Unfortunately, there is ambiguity when shopping for double or split barn doors. Some listings give the width of the door opening, or the width of both doors together. Unfortunately, this listing gives the width of *each* door, so I was very surprised to receive two doors, each of which is the size of the entire opening. The listing does not provide enough information to clarify the actual dimensions of what is to be shipped, so this was a waste of time and a significant amount of money to ship back the doors.

Needs better directions when using them as double barn doors. The 16" pre drilled holes don't match up with studs on the second barn door because of the way they meet in the center.

These doors are gorgeous and are a beautiful upgrade to our home. My husband and I installed them ourselves and we’ve never done anything like this before, and if we can do it anyone can. Customer service with this company is top-notch. I made a mistake with ordering the correct size hardware and let them know, and the new hardware was on my doorstep in a couple days. Great product, great company.
