This acoustic caulk is the best of the best! I works super well for sealing off sound. It is really easy to apply, as are all OSI sealant products. I literally buy cases of the OSI products at a time, and they preform consistently every time.

We used this in our basement to make it more sound proof as well as close off drafts. My teenage son uses the finished basement as his space. It has helped to keep the sound down when his friends are over. It goes on and excess wipes up nicely.

We have a lots of places in our house that needs to be sealed. This sealant came as a life saver. It is very thick and needs a good quality caulk gun. It is little hard to press as my husband says but works well. He did the bathrooms and kitchen and it did wonderful job. The windows also had few treatments and I can tell the difference that I hear less noise from outside now. I recommend this to everyone.

I am so glad I took a chance and got this! My son and husband used it in the teenagers room, to help finishing up sound proofing. Doesn't matter how much you do, if those edges are not sealed up! We ended up buying more to finish the whole room off!

I got the OSI SC175 Draft & Acoustical Sound Sealant, 28 fl oz, Cartridge for our bedrooms upstairs to help with sound issues. We applied just above the moldings and around outlets. We did apply to the back of two sound proof panels to help defer sound. It works and we are very impressed with this product. Goes on easy. Drys pretty fast and does help with sound because I can no longer hear what's going on in other rooms, so now the kids can play and I can nap.

Moving to the country and living in a older home they tend to have some cracks. We used the sealant to seal some cracks around the windows and doors from any cold air coming in and it worked. It's easy to use and gets the job done.

I got this about a month ago and I used it to seal some drafty parts in a camper.. it seems to be working good so far. It seems to be holding up to the weather and the elements just fine.. will know more about that when it starts to warm up a little.

this is such a great product! Stopping any drafts is a no-brainer with this. Although I was pretty impressed with what it was able to do for Sound. If you do the right configuration of the wall and seal any openings around outlets and electrical boxes this works wonders!

I have been searching for a product to help seal out the sounds from the kids room that is connected to the TV Room, I used this OSI SC175 Draft & Acoustical Sound Sealant as directed and VIOLA!!!!! between the added drywall, caulking and this awesome product, we can not longer hear the kids in the other room when we are playing Oregon Trail!!

This sealant works really well. I used to it tp close off a crawl space we don't use and it worked perfectly for that. It got really drafty when you were near because the ceiling wasn't insulated and led outside. You could see light. This solved that problem.

As someone who does construction as well as remodeling with houses this is one of my favorite brands to use when it comes to this line of products.

The OSI SC175 Draft & Acoustical sealant in the 28 oz cartridge is easy to use. Insert in standard caulk gun and squeeze away. Product goes on nicely and seals up substantially sized cracks. I would recommend it.
