After some research and purchasing other similar baffles, I finally settled on this one. It is great and has the correct torsion springs I was looking for,

The assembly was straightforward and quality was good. The light seemed very harsh, even in a 10’ ceiling. I went with LED bulbs in a standard fixture.

Replaced old almond colored ones in my house. They fit and installation is each but some of the springs were already stretched out from packaging and shipping.
