After some research and purchasing other similar baffles, I finally settled on this one. It is great and has the correct torsion springs I was looking for,
The assembly was straightforward and quality was good. The light seemed very harsh, even in a 10’ ceiling. I went with LED bulbs in a standard fixture.
Replaced old almond colored ones in my house. They fit and installation is each but some of the springs were already stretched out from packaging and shipping.
These look great and were extremely easy to put up!

Good quality and finish for the metal baffle, comes with two sizes of trim rings (the bigger one will cover most goofs without being comically large), economically priced, works with most any style of bulb.

Simple trim replacement for can recess lighting
I went into Home Depot and these replacement were $14 each and looked the exact same. Just the rings in the store were $10 each. This is a great value and looks great.
