I love this freakn tub! It's elegant, deep soaking and I just love the black colour.

This is nice and deep. Deeper than I expected in fact. Small kids could swim in here! Nice finish. Non slip.

Yay Us!

We’ve been using this tub nightly, I’m 5’11” & can extend my legs fully. It’s plenty deep enough for a long soak & so glad we went with the Ice Gray color in this bathroom.

Big forklift hole through the side

Driver delivered even though it was clear that there was a hole through the tub. Quite the pain and time killer to return and replace.

Just wish it didn’t come damaged!! Had to get a second one

The 1st tub had a crack right up the front so I had to wait on a second tub to be delivered. I thought it was fine until I totally unboxed it and there was damage to it on the front corner. Luckily we are able to hide it with tile. The tub itself is a great tub but the packaging is really bad so make sure you look the tub over really good before you accept it.

This is review about delivery

This is review about the delivery and not about the quality of the bathtub as I did not receive it. The delivery guys delivered the door instead of bathtub and the package clearly displayed the address different from mine - I guess you have to be on strong drugs to mess up like this - somebody did not receive their door and I did not receive the bathtub. HD wanted to refund the order - what a waist of time!

Ordered for Lowe's pickup in store

Due to reviews, I ordered for a pickup at a Lowe's store so I could inspect prior to taking home. Unfortunately, mine also had a spot on the very top was a scuff mark in the acrylic; appeared the shine was removed from the tub in that spot and you could feel the mark. After trying to get the spot off with a Lowe's employee which did not work, I declined the tub. I really wanted all Kohler in my new remodel, however if this scuffs that easy for a tub over 1,000, it isn't worth it.

Waste of $1000+

Super disappointed in the quality of this Kohler well know brand. Was so excited to have this in our bathroom remodel. Tub from right away makes noises / squeaks when getting in and out. The middle says when in it. Feels like spongy and not structurally supported. Contacted kohler support immediately and they said that’s normal and takes time to settle. Months later and it’s only become worse! Scared to even shower in it . Kohler can do better than this!! Looks beautiful. Function is awful

Shipping great! Tub looks good so far. I will update as soon as it’s installed.

We have yet to install the tub but it arrived intact and as scheduled. Wayfair delivery team was great. I picked this tub for the Kohler brand and soaking depth. Can’t wait to see it in the space.

Nice deep tub

Nice, deep, modern tub. Decent thickness. When installed correctly in the mortar bed, it feels solid and good quality.

Came Damaged

Unfortunately this tub came cracked in the corner. Half of the lid on the box was open. It's clear this was not stored or transported well which is a shame but that's what I have to review this on. Home Depot needs to do a better job storying and transporting its products. I'm not going to risk exchanging this to risk receiving another damaged item.

This alcove soaker was the best choice I ever made. It looks fantastic in the bathroom. It provides the perfect soaking experience. You don't have to be the size of a small child to experience complete submersion. No parts of my body are left uncovered by water. I highly recommend this tub for anyone who wants a soaker but lacks the large size bathroom to put in a free standing tub. I love this tub!!
