bad employees

Today was the final straw for me. Was put on hold transferred and greeted with rudeness my last contact with Michelle and Alfonso have made it clear that you do not value me as a customer. After being on hold 10 minutes transferred to someone else put on hold transferred put on hold transferred there’s no one that can speak to you in a normal manner. It’s bad employee representation. I spent three hours in your store in Palatka wandering up isles trying to get assistance to find out that when finally someone did come there attitude was they couldn’t to give me information on a product. It was just one after another talk to bob manager very pleasant out of all of them he seem to get me somewhere, when I called to try to find out information on the product later, the situation just started transfer. It hung up to make a long story short I will send a letter to corporate who may or may not care but at least it’s off my mind one more thing please let me know if you were able to cancel my order, thank you

This was simple to install. The instructions call for cement with a polyurethane liner between the pan and cement. It was difficult to get the pan into the concrete with the poly there. Otherwise, very good. I haven’t used the shower yet, but I’ve seen it drain.

High quality base..

We bought this base as we are renovating our main bathroom,removed the bathtub enclosure to put in a walk-in shower.

I bought this at the end of November The renovations of the bathroom just started on January 15th and they installed the shower base today January 18th and discovered the damage probably done at the manufacture because the packaging was in perfect condition . Now Wayfair said after 30 days they’re not responsable . So I would suggest that if you are doing renovations do not purchase anything from Wayfair . Renovations are never on schedule also as per the pictures you can see that is not even the same color

Great shower base except

We installed this shower base in May and are really enjoying it. We picked this one because it has a pebbled surface and not a slick as some of the others. My only problem with the base is that the piece that covers the drain is not quite as white as the rest of the base it. It definitely has a pinkish tinge to it. Small problem but I noticed it.

Great for budget remodels

This is a well made pan and he fact that it is reversible is awesome feature. it really is simple to configure and just very well made IMO.

Defective

Bought this to replace a damaged OVE shower base (60 inches). The new base advertises as 152.4 cm (60 inches) but is 151.4 cm or 59 and 5/8- 1 cm short or 3/8 inch shorter. If you try to use with products that require the 60 inches, something is going to break or go wrong. If you are looking for product that is as declared, do not buy this product.

Unique, hidden drain

Appears well made. Unique design with hidden drain at the end and can be reversed for drain at either end. Have not installed yet but seems simple. Installation instructions seem well written and there is a YouTube video also.

[Rewarded Review] Great for tight spaces

If you have an unconventional install this shower pan is the one for you. It can be installed virtually in an direction. We are in the middle of installing a new shower stall to enter on the short end. OVE DECOR Customer service is very helpful. Awesome product if installed correctly.

2nd one Worked

We purchased this base for it's unique rectangular end drain to match the rest of the look of our new bathroom. The only issue we had was that the first one we received was damaged upon arrival. The base had a few holes in the form where the material did not flow in the mold. I was disappointed this was not caught by quality control. It was easily returned to the store and refunded to purchase another one that was perfect. The second one went in without a problem and looks great.

A cleaner design!

This offers a concealed drain that has unsightly hair out of sight! We saw it recently in a new hotel and thought the design was awesome so we are using it on our remodeling project. The textured slip proof surface is also a plus and the material is durable and easy to clean.
