This was our 2nd attempt at getting this Jacuzzi shower base and we received an email that it was damaged. We had made 4 attempts getting another Jacuzzi shower base through a different vendor for our new house and had just given up when we received the email that this base was damaged. So, when we went to the store and saw the terribly damaged box again, we didn't even bother to open it as by this point, we just had our plumber source 2 shower bases through a different vendor. I even tried to call Jacuzzi directly to give them feedback on their quality control and packaging and they seemed disinterested and all they could say was to ask for 'white glove' shipping. I was totally not impressed by the current product which is disappointing as we had used a Jacuzzi shower base 2 years ago and really loved it.

Forget Jacuzzi.

This will be the last jacuzzi product I use with my subs and clients.

Very nice solid and simple acrylic shower base. Just what I was looking for, low profile, center drain, non slip. First pan arrived cracked but with a phone call and email a second was shipped immediately. The second one arrived in good shape. The foam levelors are nice eliminating the need for mudding in the base. Has not been installed yet but seems very straight forward.
