I was pleasantly surprised to find that this baffle trim was an exact fit and color match for the original June trim that broke and need to be replaced. The torsion spring mechanism on this is different than the original one and is much easier to install and secure. This is a great product!

We replaced the older casing in our bathroom to this one (the previous was old and gold). Very simple install, and took only about 10 minutes. Definitely going to replace the other potlight casings in our living room and kitchen to match..it makes a big difference and the quality is great. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an update and even the least handy person could replace watching a video found on the internet if necessary .

this lamp frame is great, i used it for the room i’m building and it did good. it has holding things to hold in in a hole in the ceiling or wall, it was also be used without a ceiling and just with a light. it is a nice durable metal. i don’t think i’ll be changing the light anytime soon

I replaced a very ugly light fixture that I absolutely hated with this 6" round full baffle trim. There's a notch in the top where the lighting socket goes through and the housing just goes right in and stays in place with the side hangers. Very simple, easy to do - you can switch it out in less than a couple minutes. I can now see a nice, bright white light instead of an ugly old fixture. I recommend this product!

It worked well to replace an old baffle that had rusted and yellowed over time. I found a helpful pdf and video which helped me learn how to install this as it was different from the old one held in place with small springs. I like how it is all one metal piece protecting my outdoor lights from the elements.
